Darling goes Sea-Side this Spring Summer

Up and coming label, Darling, splashes into Spring Summer with a classic collection inspired by the 1930's shoreside holiday. This seaside, summer-ready collection boasts a rich array of dresses, cardigans, jackets and separates, perfect for any promenade bound escapade.

In keeping with the 1930's aesthetic, the shapes are playful yet demure creating the perfect hourglass silhouette. High cut busts, nipped waists and flattering cap sleeves define dresses that fall just below the knee. Form is key with skirts and shorts appearing in wide legs and peplums while loosely fitted blouses feature stunning rich lace brocading and tiered ruffling.

In keeping with Darling's vintage aesthetic, prints are innocently bright and retro. Polkadots add texture and carousel horses dance across hems. This season's print du jour, floral, is also prevalent. Pebbledash poppies spray themselves across loose blouses and dresses, while rich summer blooms sprout across pieces, making them ideal for getting into the swing of summer.

A swirl of sorbets, Darling's Spring Summer pieces come in mint greens, creamy vanillas light lemons, duck egg blues and strawberry pinks, with splashes of grey and black. Perfect for keeping cool under the summer sun, light linens, airy cottons, fine chiffons and cool taffetas feature throughout.

Finally, the Cassie Blouse is perfectly 1930's in both its shape and pebbledash print, once again gathering at the waist to create enviable contours.
